Memorial Scholarship Fund

In Memory of Kinsley
Elizabeth Bulger
Parents of Kinsley Elizabeth
Bulger have established a scholarship fund in her memory under the
direction of The Community Foundation of South Alabama. This
scholarship will be awarded annually to a local high school senior to help
further his/her education. The scholarship will be paid by the
Foundation to a qualified school of higher learning of the recipients
choice. The recipient will be selected by a designated
committee. It will be limited to tuition, fees, and
books.

amount are tax deductible. The Community Foundation is an Alabama not for
profit corporation fully qualified by the Internal Revenue Service as a
publicly supported organization under section 509(a)(1) and
(170)(b)(1)(A)(vi).

Watts receives Kinsley Elizabeth Bulger

Steven Keary Watts, a 2008 graduate of Sparta Academy, received the first Kinsley Elizabeth Bulger Memorial Scholarship. The amount of the scholarship is $500 and will be awarded annually to a Sparta Academy senior to help further his or her education. Watts’ scholarship will be sent to Auburn University, where he plans to pursue a degree in Pre-Med, to help cover the cost of tuition, fees, and books. The scholarship is under the direction of the Community Foundation of South Alabama in Mobile. |
